Project Hail Mary is in a great media place where I randomly learn bits about it but not enough for me to totally understand what the plot is, or indeed the entire premise. I avoid actively learning more than these tidbits. Then in my mind I take the little bits I do know and play dolls with them. There is a white man, a black (? again I try to avoid actively remembering details) woman, and their pet headcrab. Also there's some sort of purple entity (?). They are heading toward a really faraway galaxy for some mission that will save the human race. Or maybe they are heading to the sun. They are probably in contact with mission control. Certainly they're in radio contact with somebody. Judging from what I know of the author they probably have to solve little problems on the spaceship like a pack of amongi. There's somebody called Rocky. Rocky could be either the headcrab or the spaceship itself. The woman is called Grace. The man appears to be unnamed. Maybe he is Rocky? No.
