Dear ebook publishers. I don't want to have to page through several pages of Table of Content before I get to the actual book part of the book! The ToC is in the metadata! There is no reason at all to add it as visible text on pages in the epub! Also, please stop with those dozens of quotes in "praise for [book]"! I already have the book! You don't have to sell it to me! I understand the point in physical books, but no one looks trough an ebook to decide if they want to buy it! #ebook #ebooks
