It’s the parking of an entitled idiot. Doesn’t care at all what inconvenience they inflict upon others. In this case, pedestrians which would include people with pushchairs, mobility scooter users or wheelchair users.
Personally, I’d “accidentally” crash into it with said pushchair/ scooter/ wheelchair.

@robtherunt@cupoftea.social @Eetschrijver@mastodon.social TBF it’s a very well looked after car. I suspect it’s parked that way to make a scuff from another car less likely rather than from carelessness but it still looks untidy!
