@witchgirls@woof.tech @Kierkegaanks@beige.party there is a real danger that if this fash party (which like all other similar ones has an obsession with "law and order") gets a balance of power in Sweden, that Mullvad will simply quietly hand over whatever data the feds want when asked for it (even if they don't have that many logs, there is always *some* metadata generated by these services...)

@vfrmedia@social.tchncs.de Just to be clear: I really doubt there's a universe in which this party ever gets actual power, my problem is more with the fact that those inhuman pieces of shit are enjoying MY MONEY right now than with the material harm they are capable of bringing to the world. Regardless, the fact that the self-titled "libertarian anarchist" that is Mullvad's co-owner actively funds a pro-mass-surveilance party is indeed cause of concern. But I guess the company really needs a wide spectrum of perspectives, including the perspective that the company should not exist or be a honeypot :blobcatgooglyshrug:
