@ceo_of_monoeye_dating@tsundere.love @jeffcliff@shitposter.world @JoeBravo77@poa.st I think that unfair judges rule against civilization, favoring the criminal over society at large. They should be disbarred or have to face the consequences of their actions. The fathers actions, while not correct, are justified in the face of judicial activism. It is worth noting that this case went to a higher court and the manslaughterer received 15 months of prison time along with a 4 year ban on driving.
