@jeffcliff@shitposter.world @fkq1q2r2@noauthority.social @JoeBravo77@poa.st @ceo_of_monoeye_dating@tsundere.love Don’t you guys figure that the judge was probably constrained in sentencing by established guidelines, and things like criminal history, PSI facts, and etc.? Like you have to look more broadly at the criminal “justice“ System, not that particular judge. As that guy should have done. Acceptance of the sentence and payback later outside of court would have been more satisfying to me.
