Throwing this out in case you, dear reader, already did this research:
Are there *any* options available right now for a smartphone with a 3.5mm jack and no hardware AI features?

@rockario@kind.social there are many other challenges with using this brick as your daily phone... But it has no AI and a 3.5 mm headphone jack https://puri.sm/products/librem-5/ The pinephone https://pine64.org/devices/pinephone/ also meets those criteria but it has a weaker CPU and so struggles more with web browsing. (Though it is quite a bit lighter)
