@sammachin@chaos.social Ah, I didn’t realise RIC 0 was ‘all’. Is that just in your hardware or a standard (I still have some old pagers, which is would be a fun project to reflash if chancing the RIC was all that was needed). BTW I’ve wanted to demonstrate POCSAG decoding at @bsidesleeds@infosec.exchange for years, ideally letting people learn legitimately and legally, but then arming them with the knowledge that changing the frequency (and ignoring some dated and unenforced sections of the wireless communications act) was all that was needed to snoop on al POCSAG/flex traffic
