this is the PSA for anyone who needs to hear it. Disconnect your work everything when you go on vacation. Log out of chat. Disable the Calendar accounts. Disable the email accounts. Even if you absolutely cherish your job as I do, take the time to do this to give yourself that mental disconnection. It makes a world of difference in my opinion.
