claim that they won’t be able to protect the sensitive medical data of millions of Americans As an IT guy at a cerner hospital they can barely keep that shit running as is. Their cloud/ai services go down weekly, they managed to fuck up our HIE implementation at every turn, and it takes weeks for a Service Request to get traction, including followups and escalations…but if “support” attempts to call you their call centers are inherently flagged as spam.
