GP reception: "We are calling you when you are resting to book you in for your 6 month blood test and BP readings. When are you available?" Me: "I have an appointment next week with the nurse for a blood test and to bring in my BP readings: when do you think would be good?" Them: "Oh.. I'll see if this review appointment is still needed" *sigh*
