A friendly reminder that saying "schizo" as a pejorative or adjective is inherently ablest. People with schizophrenia are incredibly marginalized and demonized. If you have the sense to not say the r-word, you should have the sense to not say that. I would also like to take this moment to point out that the misuse of "intrusive thought" as just being a sudden impulse/want or thought, like wanting a coffee, downplays the very real and serious experience of intrusive thoughts.
