@noybeu@mastodon.social I looked at the Supreme Court paper, and it says "October 2025" at the top. Why is this decision coming up now? Anyway, the ruling seems another step to tyranny: "These officers were to serve as envoys of the President [...]. They “ought to be considered as the assistants or deputies of the Chief Magistrate, [..] and on this account, they ought to derive their offices from his appointment [..] The power to remove at will was a necessary corollary of the Constitution’s design."
