@Grumblesock@clew.lol Tbh Grumble. I found out the original Owner was all in on my asking price before the deal fell apart. It was the realtor who was messing things up. He was controlling the house price. He wasn't supposed to be doing that. So yes the Original Owner Accepted my Asking price and was happy I was getting the house.

But all's well that ends well and I am so happy that you found a new home and that it's one that you like and know what needs doing to get it up to standard. Do celebrate, my friend. If I were there I'd take you out for a meal or something.
