@vfrmedia@cyberpunk.lol @vantablack@cyberpunk.lol generosity is a fundamental virtue. it shouldn't be wrong to appeal to generosity...but I feel like maybe one must at least try to offer something in exchange for the begging. I've been avoiding doing so myself even though I'm broke in hopes of figuring out something that would sweeten the deal, so to speak. some small creative thing perhaps

@mxchara@seattle.pink @vantablack@cyberpunk.lol I sometimes see a Ukrainian lady making and selling jewellery (when she isn't avoiding missiles etc), but in some cases it can be easier to just send the donation as folk are dispersed across thousands of km and also other countries, sending physical stuff across borders isn't always easy outside EU (I notice that for Germans a lot of the mutual is donations of actual items) At least digital creations can be easily shared across the Internet..
