@loops@neurodifferent.me Not sure how/if they calculate it through. Ours in The Netherlands is a bit weird in that zero sugar products also get the sugar tax... But on this trip to the UK it seems like the amount of sugar determines how much extra the manufacturer needs to pay or something and they seem to not even offer any full fat ones at Subway for example except one.
