Well, a surplus of fruit has made me go on an ice cream making spree. So far I’ve made a rainier cherry and lemon sorbet with rosé and blueberry, roasted cherry, matcha and butter pecan ice cream.

@irene@discuss.systems It won't help with your fruit surplus, but Joanne Chang's bittersweet chocolate sorbet is amazing, and incredibly quick and easy to make.
