Norwegian residential neighborhood goes up in flames. The fire broke out yesterday afternoon around 3:30 p.m. It started in a townhouse and, due to the dry and warm weather, quickly spread to nearby buildings. Due in part to the dense development, the dry vegetation, and the shifting wind direction, the fire was difficult to control.
