Mostly Linux Mint Debian Edition (LMDE) ... but I am doing more with Devuan and derivatives like Vendefoul Wolf with LXQt.
As of right now, I am still most confident in LMDE for best "newbie Linux distro".
I should do a comparison video between the two so I can easily show people who are interested in Linux. Another thing I should do!

@matthew@social.retroedge.tech @Escoffier@poa.st Transitioning from LMDE to Devuan has been mostly seamless. I liked having the latest version of cinnamon at all times but the Devuan version is indistiguishable. The only thing I miss are the mint team's in house X-apps.
