I got my Moodle Composer mirror working with the new Moodle Marketplace just in time for the #php #pecl infrastructure to go offline. And no, pie isn't an option.

@mackensen@higheredweb.social why is PIE not an option? Lack of features? Something else? The objective is to fully turn off PECL in the near future. So PIE needs to work for any use case.
