It's probably worse now, even with adults, some of whom may worship highly placed people they saw on F*x News who do not believe in germs, and therefore, do not wash their hands. And next thing you know, they're stirring the pancake batter with their fingers, because they forgot a spoon, and you suddenly decide that no, you won't be having breakfast.
