@grimalkina@mastodon.social On Thursday a teammate was telling me about his interest in IQ and personality types and I ended up going off about how even if such things were important we’d still do better to spend more time together and actively creating the healthiest team environment as possible because we are in fact social beings and it is working well TOGETHER that brings us great satisfaction. He was like….. you have a point! And I said YEAH I DO, I’m reading a great book about this right now, etc
