So lemme get this straight—the FDA blamed the explosive diarrhea outbreak on lettuce from Mexico in Taco Bell food, triggering a shutdown on both and a huge recall by the provider—then backed off and said they now have ZERO reliable positive tests for cyclospora on anything anywhere?
