It's an app for Android.
People on #gnome desktops can use the extension called #gsconnect instead.

@leffe@social.linux.pizza @mawkler@fosstodon.org I might try it as connecting the phone via a cable is awkward (mainly Android's fault for wanting me to switch from charging to file transfer mode every time, but also Linux's reading of the folders crashes sometimes).
