Yesterday night an Irish friend came by. All happy and giggly. "You know what?" - he says. "I got an interesting word for ya! Smugairle róin!"
(No clue how to pronounce it, though)
And apparently, it's a word for jellyfish. Which literally translates to "seal snot" or "seal spittle" [1]
