No all three accepted offer, signed employment letter, went through a certification test that’s required for the work and cost the company $100. Then 2-3 weeks before the start date they say they got a better job. We hire early to make sure certification can get done, which is why there’s a lag before start date. It’s an outdoor seasonal summer job usually university students.
