The UK’s Rights of Boat Dwellers Bill is long overdue! Accessing healthcare, getting insurance and paying car tax are all so difficult without an address.

@natz_b@mastodon.social Given that news stories are always full of stories of van dwellers and traveller rights (or more realistically how such people don't respect the laws that do exist) can I assume they already have what's being asked for in boat dwellers act? @ukwaterways@fedigroups.social
