Insofar as sex workers still need to stay on Meta's 💩 because clients expect it, well, it sucks.
But there should REALLY be a push to get support networks and services away from it.
And with any luck clients may me convinced afterward.
DeltaChat is there. Signal is there. Telegram is there (although this one is not much of an improvement).
There are options, but if everyone just sticks to toxic companies… stories like this will only get more and more common, and worse. :/

@yenndc@kolektiva.social You are so so so right, we all should move away from toxic platforms. I try to lead by example. But it is insanely hard to convince the majority, much to my surprise.
