>Hear about an industry that I could be good in that's supposedly suffering a shortage of workers
>Look up the equipment
>It's all thousands of dollars despite just being 2000s SBCs with touchscreens because fuck you
>Opt-in for a rental program
>Have to put the rental item in the cart five times in order for it to register
>Make payment
>Takes three goddamn weeks to ship
>The day after shipping I get an e-mail from the website owners stating that there was a bug on the website and that they didn't get my payment information for the rental and that I'll have to add it to their site eventhough I made a payment through their site (???)
>Look at the menu they're telling me to add my payment information into
>It's broken
>Open the menu on two other web browsers
>Broken on all three web browsers
>Shit on the boomer messaging me and ask for a refund of the 200 dollar deposit I made
This is the PRIME website for buying used parts for the industry. Is this is the BEST of legacy industries in America, then I fully understand why we are losing out to China. These fuckers can't even program a basic webstore. All a webstore requires is Stripe plugins and some autistic teen writing a frontend. It's not hard. How do they fuck it up???
