Trying to investigate the random occurrence of blank screens (due to the first frame not being sent by #Mutter in a timely fashion) when connecting remotely to #GNOME over #RDP. As it turns out, there are also situations where Mutter does not send frames in response to some UI actions (ex: closing a popover menu, toggling the lockscreen between clock and password entry, etc.).
