gay people on mastadon can any of you recommend a really good board game please my boyfriend and i want to be board game people but we don't know where to start because they are so scary expensive what if we get a boring one by accident!!!

@kathrynhello@adlsolarpunk.net some public libraries have board games that u can borrow or play there - the City library has a lot. This is a good way to see which ones r fun for u without spending 1 billion dollars. I also like the game Hive because it has bugs and is fun and can be played lots of different times without becoming too repetitive. It is like chess (two player moving pieces strategy game). If u want to play games with more people I can think of others but not right now.
