#HomeImprovement help needed. I need to hang a heavy bracket in my wall so I am getting a stud finder so I'll know where to drill. The one below seems cool but how do I know the width of the stud scan I should pick? Looks like there's 1 inch, 1-1/2, and 1/2 inch stud scan I can choose? Shouldnt the machine tell me the width? Or am I just reading this wrong? Thanks in advance.
