i have no idea what the fuck i did, it was deader than dead all afternoon kept swapping ram sticks, introducing brand new sticks from the pile and nothing worked even broke out the multimeter to check fuse continuity on the board, it all checked out re-seated the CPU, nothing as a last ditch effort i grabbed another 90W power brick and it all of a sudden it wanted to live again
