@aho@mastodon.social Were these crossing operating after 2022, though? From what I have read yesterday, only one railway crossing with Latvia and one with Estonia was really operational. Given this I don't really understand the rationale behind it except for maybe cost/staff cuts since Russia has, ahem, acute shortage of both now.

@kaptenkloun@mastodon.social I know the only open one at the Finnish border did allow train transport of gods between the countries, can't say about Estonia and Latvia.
