@vgoller@nrw.social after the election 16-20th of September, internet shutdown and mobilization all over russia, 500000+ men I think are on the list and wouldn't be surprised if they will be fetched (if there is still fuel). The claim is that this is information leaked by russian officials to the Ukrainians. I do think Putin wants to have more bodies to throw into Ukraine... but sure he also like to use misinformation too
