"I should take a Xanax", this bunny has been repeating to myself all day without actually doing it. So she's just sitting there, drowning in her own anxieties. This bunny needs a a hug. :neobun_sob:

@purplerabbit@goo.dgirl.gay hugs We have no experience with alprazolam (Xanax). However, we do have a lot of experience another benzodiazepine: diazepam (Valium). Such meds can be helpful in a crisis, and certain folx can take them at lower doses over the medium term, albeit with side effects and consequences. If you have nothing else, it is far better than stewing in anxieties, in our own experience. Then again, we have dealt with a lot of strong meds, and can drive on most of them.
