STart over? Hell no.
#IPv6 was standardized in the 1990s. After that, there were another ~10 years of further development and standardisation. After that, there were ~20 years of rollout. So we're now into this long-term project by 30 years. STarting over would throw us back by 30 years. Are you insane?
Let me explain how this works: At some point between 2029 and 2034, we will reach the tipping point where the n/w effect of IPv6 is strong enough to disable #IPv4.
