@20002ist@thepit.social @kims@mas.to Totally agree. She got her money already, and nothing you do now will change that one way or the other. In fact, if you resell it, you potentially reduce the market for new copies from which she gets an additional royalty payment.

@20002ist@thepit.social @kims@mas.to Tangent: My friend Derek wrote a semi-autobiographical book, Amoralman, based on some of the themes in a show he did. Someone bought the book and hated it. In the ebay listing for the used copy, they ranted that the book revealed Derek to be sympathetic to LGBTQ people. They didn't want that trash in the house. So Derek bought it, and resold it in his own ebay auction as "Amoralman: Human Rights Edition", with the proceeds going to an appropriate charity. It sold for $20,000.
