I completely understand the point, I do see that Inser+q shows that scripts for these apps are running. In the end, you should do what you wish with your own product, and certainly the very tight and effective integration with JAWS can't be beaten. The old radio system was quite different, really more of a database that passed things to your default media player rather than a full app. If you're looking for a next big Leasey project, email must be right up there. There are so many concerns about the new Outlook and how long this is taking to get sorted. Ensuring compatibility with Office 365 would be a very big undertaking though.
