We gave up incandescent light bulbs for the sake of energy efficiency, yet we allow #LLMs to exist. Sure. The entertainment industry must retire countless thousands of fresnels, parnels, pars, lekos... because no one manufactures the incandescent lamps they require, yet we allow LLMs to exist.
