@joepie91@fedi.slightly.tech As I said, there is lots of money involved, so there are people with financial incentive to promote/perpetuate the hype.
LLM/AIs are a tool, like most tools it is a tool with real uses and real limitations, ability to extract utility from it often depends on the operator.
To dismiss the tool's utility outright, is at minimum short sighted.
