The person requesting help in this article could have been me. Their story is so familiar, it's freaky. A one-sided friendship where one person invests all the emotional support and the other only takes and cannot give anything back, is "incapable of maintaining friendships and would paint themselves as a victim". I'm not great at seeing where boundaries should be set.
