Parts of this Bill violate the Charter and the Courts will likely overturn this. To be clear, the browsers are insecure on Android. Afaik, they are fine on desktop. Yeah, Brave needs heavy tweaking to be a decent browser. Here are two articles comparing Mozilla and Chromium on Android.
