I have more UCDOS98 shell screenshots for you. This is a Chinese operating system/shell that looks a lot like Windows 3.1, but isn't. The biggest disk image I've had, "UCDOS 7.1", refuses to start in Qemu unless I replace kernel with a supposedly older version. Not all programs run this way, but most do. The images I've found were at http://old-dos.ru/index.php?page=files&mode=files&do=show&id=1838 Behold, the UCDOS Kanji Hope System by Beijing Hope Computer, Inc from 1998. Honestly, I don't know much about the system except for what Wikipedia says - it was a DOS extender to display Chinese letters without an expansion card. But anyone can tell it is more than that, at least by 6.0/98 version.
