Someone in the feed mentioned a collection of 88x31 banners. There's still an ongoing discussion about the origin of the format, but the most common hypothesis is that it was started by Netscape Now! ad campaign. To check the hypothesis, I am about to install a bunch of Netscape versions. Netscape 1 has no 88x31 images inside, it seems.
