I make a point of prioritising IRL spaces and communities, because those tend to be more impactful on a lot of levels. Even doing something silly as organising karaoke nights has a long lasting impact.

Albeit I'd say it slightly different: Even the things you organize that feel very small/minor to you can have a long lasting impact on communities and your relation to the humans in them.
