Nope. Straight up total shutdown. Nothing else can even begin to happen until that’s squared away. All current models and training data should be purged completely, to be restarted with it’s revival. But with proper guardrails. People need to stop shrugging at the current theft and just accepting it, and force a total purge (and have it proven, right down to the secret corners of all people in charge’s private drives) of ALL current data (even data they were permitted to have). They were let out on the Internet quickly to avoid potential legal guardrails being put in place first, and they should honestly be in jail just for that. On top of new penalties on yet-to-be-written laws. Which normally shouldn’t be done, but when they’ve been involved in the biggest spy op ever even dreamed of, then fuck their protections. If they wanna complain they just have to step out of the waiting line and report to the nearest suicide booth, fucking cry about it otherwise.
