My child has a very high fever and is in pain before my eyes, and I have no money to buy medicine to relieve his suffering. We are fasting, and there is no food in our house to break our fast, and every door has been closed to me. I am not used to asking anyone for help, but need has broken me, and fear for my child has overwhelmed me.
