i went for groceries after and agonized over bulk naan bread priced the same as the machine (i can make it? can i make it?) and then remembered some or all breads use milk, which i do not normally get, so i panicked and got a 4L jug, and only after that found the manual with recipes, that calls for powdered milk, which would be much more appropriate for me. i will now have to freeze this milk? in little batches of cubes. yes? i can freeze it? i will freeze it.
