@tychotithonus@infosec.exchange I think you and I would argue that a comma is more appropriate, the author is trying to suggest that the Supreme Court’s change is unexpected enough that the sentence is changing in an unexpected way, too.

@benetherington@spacey.space That's not the punctuation I'm talking about. I'm talking about the hyphen between federal and funding. (I explained this in more detail on the alt text, but neglected to do so in the main text!) Totally agree with you on the em in the title, totally fine!
